Forever Young Fitness “Strength and Stretch”

This is a beginner/intermediate class, targeted towards active seniors looking to increase lean muscle mass and improve mobility and flexibility. Warm up with dynamic stretching, followed by a strength portion, ending with static stretching for mobility and flexibility.

Regular price: $10/person per session

Introductory price: No charge; funding provided by the Port Dover Board of Trade and Ontario Trillium Foundation.

Spaces available: 15 (3lb weights provided for up to 10 participants; remaining participants must bring their own 3lb weights – please indicate if you need weights when you register).
