Yoga is the practice that connects body, breath and mind. It’s a centuries old discipline, aimed at improving strength, flexibility and balance through gentle stretching and concentrated breathing. PDSC offers 3 types of Yoga classes.
A moderately paced class with more focus on breath inspired movement. Suitable for most practitioners and can be adapted. Please bring a yoga mat, 1 block and a strap to class.
