Strategic Planning Committee
This Committee is responsible for establishing a strategic framework, and establishing goals and objectives for PDSC, as well as program planning aligned with the achievement of those goals.
The Strategic Planning Committee will be comprised of one Executive Officer
of the PDSC Board and volunteer members from the broader community. The
Committee will appoint one of their members as Record Keeper. A Board member will be assigned as a liaison to the Committee Chair.
Responsibilities:
Develop and propose PDSC Vision and Mission Statements
Develop and propose the Strategic Plan (3 year)
Develop and propose Annual Objectives
Develop and propose Program Plans
Monitor progress against the Strategic Plan
Meetings: Minimum quarterly. Additional meetings as required.
